Rocks are to be chiseled into the shapes of the counties they represent and set into a huge map of Iowa. Each county is to bring a stone large enough to be cut into the shape of that county at the scale of one inch per mile and one foot thick. The map will be placed near Heritage Village on the Fairgrounds
