'Breaker, breaker' in a Dubuque classroom - Vincent Williams, who is teacher of theater and speech arts at Stephen Hempstead High School, has ignaugurated a course to acquaint students with CBs, teach them its unique language, and show them that CB is more than a truckers' tool or a plaything.
